Trauma-sensitive support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum in Barcelona and Austria — offered with professional training and lived experience as a mother and grandmother. We prepare gently for birth, integrate the birth experience afterward — including after a difficult or traumatic birth — and nurture the bond with your newborn, including soft craniosacral support for the baby.
