About Me
About Me — Holistic Therapist & IBT Trauma Specialist
I am a mother of four children and a grandmother, roles that have deeply shaped my life and my work. Motherhood has been a source of profound joy, responsibility, and grounding, and it has taught me to listen — to bodies, emotions, rhythms, and what is often unspoken.
My professional background includes osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, Shiatsu, Integrative Relationship-Oriented Trauma Therapy (IBT), and frequency-based work. Over many years, I have explored health and healing in its many dimensions — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This path has been supported by deep engagement with natural medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, psychohygiene, and consciousness-based practices.
Alongside the fulfillment of family life, there has always been an inner knowing that beneath the surface of everyday life, unresolved experiences and old wounds were waiting to be seen. For many years, these layers were not fully accessible — but they shaped my inner world. The work of gently approaching these hidden places became a lifelong process of self-inquiry and healing.
Through therapy, meditation, long Vipassana retreats in India, yoga, frequency work, and work with natural and psychedelic medicine, I gradually regained access to lost parts of myself. This inner work was not linear or easy, but it revealed something essential: healing is possible — on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels — when approached with honesty, patience, and presence.
Everything I offer today is rooted in personal experience. I do not guide from theory alone, but from having walked through deep inner processes myself. This has shaped my ability to hold space for others with sensitivity, steadiness, and respect for each individual path.
I feel a deep connection to those who are more vulnerable in our society — especially women and children — and I see my role as a companion for people who find themselves in challenging, traumatic, or transitional life situations. I hold space, offer presence, and support each person in reconnecting with their own inner resources and capacity for healing.
I was born in Austria and moved to Barcelona over three years ago to be close to my eldest daughter and my grandchildren. I offer in-person sessions in Barcelona and Austria as well as online guidance worldwide.
I offer sessions in English and German.

The name SHUNYATA reflects this journey. It means "emptiness" or "threshold". A space of not-knowing, of transition, where transformation becomes possible. Living at this threshold has accompanied me throughout my life, and it continues to inform my work today.
